True craftsmen fit and assemble a wide variety of metal stamping dies including: progressive, auto transfer, manual line dies, deep draw dies, forging dies, process prototype dies and low volume tooling. In-house tryout capabilities include: presses ranging from 150 tons up to 1,250 tons, many of which are equipped with coil feeders and straighteners enabling tryout runs in a production environment. X-Cel's quality assurance lab is capable of programming and providing complete inspections and SPC reporting capabilities, to verify that parts are made to specification and will repeat in a production mode.
